Invest in Manchester

The City boasts some of the highest property price growth in UK.

Why invest in Manchester property?

Manchester is home to a myriad of cultural superstars, from global music phenomenons, Take That and Oasis, to footballing powerhouses Manchester United and Manchester City.

The city is a true sporting hub, having hosted the Commonwealth Games, the UEFA Champions League Final, the Ashes cricket series, the Rugby World Cup, and the Rugby League World Cup in the last 15 years.

Over recent years, there has been an influx of multinational enterprises to Manchester, which further boosts the need for residential property in the city. As part of a major redevelopment centering on the Soapworks building in Salford in 2018, TalkTalk relocated its HQ. This redevelopment of the River Irwell area also encompasses the nearby flagship Bupa building. The city abounds with start-ups mixed in with the big players like the BBC and ITV, who have made homes for themselves at the MediaCityUK in Salford, a newly rejuvenated part of the city.

The city’s population is predicted to reach 644,100 by 2025, thanks in part to its popularity with its graduate population. According to Rightmove, the average property price in Manchester is £210,149, which is 11% more than the figures from 2017.
