Property Management

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT fee is calculated based on two levels. Standard and Enhanced. Starting from as little as 10% per calendar month (plus VAT).

Our Enhanced service includes Guaranteed Rental services.

Sourcing Fee

The SOURCING fee is 2% (plus VAT) of the purchase price. A reservation fee of £1.000 (plus VAT) taken from that 2% secures you the deal and is payable directly to Cubix Property. The balance of the fee is due once the property has been legally secured. payable via your solicitiors on the date of exchange of the property.
